Conventional wisdom would say that this is the anticipated retesting of the lows. Maybe it's up from here, maybe not (how profound). I'll tell you whether this is (was) the bottom in a few more months.

I do believe a base has been established for the market as well as
WCII. My feel is there will be a wide range of trade for WCII from 18.5 to 24.5 for the next few weeks, then an upturn by years end.
