BTW, I think it's offensive that Starr is spending taxpayer money on a well-heeled spokesperson in Charles Bakaly III. Bakaly I am sure was behind the circus-like atmosphere yesterday during the delivery of the report; it demeaned Starr; it demeaned the Congress; and it demeaned the Presidency. The funny thing is that this smug, obese, hair-slicked-back, elitist with the faux upper crust accent is exactly the wrong image that Starr wants to portray. What a waste. The gang that couldn't shoot straight. Doughboy.
