Chuck,

This is a hazardous waste permit. It does not allow for discharge, only for handling of hazardous wastes. They probably needed this permit before they could purchase things like acid and reagents.

Chuca, this is a very important point. I consider this flap about permits very positive. As long as gpgi was not doing anything no one cared about permits, who cared, their was no precious metal to be gotten out and make a profit. Evidently Ed's phobia about the dark forces are out in force again because someone does believe that Gpgi is on the verge of success. This being the case look for more government intervention. Case that is the way the ball bounces. Get more shares this is positive and good news for us all. Cheer up---francis terry P.S. The quality of the posts are improving and that is good .
