Pursuant to the proxy rules in the US, MIFGY are prevented from publishing forward-looking projections not contained in the Listing Particulars and registration statement until subsequent to the shareholder vote.

I understand that they are preparing a "road show" for institutional investors which will begin in London the day after the EGM and continue for a full week in the US the following week.
