Zach, It is tough to say what normal times are for these CEFs, as they haven't been around for a full cycle yet. But EMF sold at huge premiums for years. In fact, I used to short it at premiumns of 25-30% against Templeton's open end Developing Markets Fund, which was a near clone. Whether or not it goes back to premiums is questionable. Folks may no longer believe that Mark Mobius walks on water. Now, that designation only goes to Mikey Dell. <G> MB
