That's right David. Markets are telling congress to get this show on the road. There is absolutely no need for them to dither trying to appear "statesmanlike" while the markets are going to hell in a handbasket. They certainly have some procedural issues to settle, but once done, they have nothing on their legislative agenda that should be taking precedence over this. Clinton is slowly twisting in the wind right now, as Moynihan said "Get on with it". bp
