Did I say that? Did the article say that? You wouldn't happen to be pulling a straw man argument out of thin air, would you Cory? Cheesy high school debate tricks, always a welcome diversion.

Obviously, DEC saw the benefit of NT on Alpha in the scenario you posted.

Obviously, Bill saw the benefit of having somebody to play off against Intel when the subject of Cutler's stolen code came up. It's confusing when Bill's involved, but sooner or later something comes out from under a rock. But once more, Microsoft must be free to intimidate, and innovation is fine, as long as it's the One Microsoft Way.
