Richard/all, "Hyundai, LG Semicon Hit With Dumping Duties"
(09/10/98; 12:51 p.m. ET)
By Jack Robertson, Electronic Buyers' News
techweb.com

The U.S. Commerce Department Tuesday levied final
Dynamic RAM dumping duties of 9.28 percent against LG
Semicon and 3.9 percent against Hyundai Electronics.

principal to merge their semiconductor operations, it isn't
clear how the dumping duties might be assessed against
any new entity.
