A HUGE block of shares just traded on NCES. Volume is now over 300,000. I missed the move on my RTQ and don't know the exact #. Should show up on delayed in about 15 minutes. Looks like someone either sold really low, or the MMs dropped the price to be able to make some $$ of someone who wanted a lot of shares.

Could anyone out there provide more info?

Apakhabar,
*Assume* there is manipulation and you are the MM. Will you pick a stock which has small float or unlimited supply/demand of the stock? If you dump a million shares of DELL at open market tomorrow, it can be absorbed within a few % price change as there are plenty of buyers out there. But if you dump 1 million of NCES, I wonder what price will it end up or perhaps there aren't enough buyers to complete the trade request.
