Greenspan, Soros to testify on world economy Thursday September 10, 1:03 pm Eastern Time WASHINGTON, Sept 10 (Reuters) - Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan will testify on the state of the world economy before the Banking Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives next Tuesday, a panel spokesman said. He said the exact time for his appearance had yet to be determined. The spokesman added that international financier George Soros and several economists were scheduled to testify on the same subject before the panel on Monday.
