Clinton problems for the market are over as soon as there is a consensus that he will have to resign, but we aren't there yet. Seems to me. I have been one of the last to call for it, but now see it as all but inevitable. Sooner, or later, is the question.

Markets hate uncertainty. We certainly have that now, in spades, in lots of areas. Including our national response to international issues, crises, etc. Clinton may still be able to function, but can he lead Congress to do anything? I suppose if a crisis is beyond any doubting, he can, but short of that, I wonder.
