LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 1998-- Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. (OTC BB: AZNT - news) today announced that the Company has filed suit in the United Stated Federal Court, Case Number CVS9801247LDG (RLH), for the return of 4,480,000 free trading shares. When the shares are returned to the Transfer Agent for cancellation, the Company will be able to enter into the next phase which will involve AZNT's stockholders who have purchased free trading shares request physical delivery of their certificate(s).
