All: Intel price cut on September 13 expected
Just found an interesting note about Intel price cuts
( news.com ):
In addition, Intel is expected to cut desktop processor prices substantially on September 13 and October 25, which will lead to desktop cuts. By then, a 350-MHz Pentium II will be the processor for the $1,200 to $1,500 computer while the Celeron boxes will be in the sub-$1,000 range.
While oct 25 is already well known, Sept 13 is new.
Let's hope they'll cut the Celeries, I'm waiting for a cheap 300A...happy o'c!!
