As discussed in Note 1 to the financial statements, the Company has incurred significant recent losses from operations and will need to obtain additional financing to fund operations for the year ending September 30, 1998 and beyond. These matters raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. Management's plans in regard to these matters are also described in Note 1.
