I'm not exonerating current management nor have I in the past.

But your statement Jimmy got the price to $10, Sid to $0.60. implies, at least to me, that Jimmy was doing something positive that got the stock to $10 and that Sid was responsible for undoing his work. That was the point of my response.

The plain brutal truth is that the stock was hyped on bs and we all bought into this fairy story and are paying for it now. Now it is possible that the rumours and hype we were fed was the result of well intentioned but incompetent behavior. It is more likely that it was manipulative. I don't know if Jimmy was the perpetrator or victim. I have made my feelings clear about certain individuals that surround the company and would still like to see legal action taken.

I am not giving Sid or the rest of management a free ride. But I am not blaming them for the entirety of this debacle. That would be like blaming the incoming tide for wiping out a sand castle. You build on sand, you get wiped out. I reserve my animosity for the hypsters and charlatans I suspect perpertrated this in the first place. And statements like Jimmy got us to $10 make me want to puke.
