Alan, Forgive me, but I was actually laughing out loud while reading your post. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one that has spent hours on the phone with vendors who hire people from Mars. I now start all phone calls for technical help by asking for a Level 9 technician. I don't think that there is such a level, but I start there and negotiate down to a Level 2. (The level 1 technicians usually ask me if I'm sure the computer is plugged in!) I'm glad you were successful in getting it to work, but did you infer that you would be using 2 ISDN lines? I just ordered 2 regular phone lines hoping to get up to somewhere around 90 baud. What baud rate are you now getting with your new modem? GM
