I think this is another technical retest to 7400 level and we could see this over and over for the next 3 to 4 months. A lot uncertainty with Clinton # one right now and overseas emerging economies. Then their is the Y2k problem coming sooner than later. Always something to worry about, but it's that "wall of worry" wallstreet seems to climb on at least most of the time.
