I somewhat agree that Clinton is almost a non event on the NYSE. The initial announcement of the delivery of the Star report has caused a few halting moments and has temporarily ruffled the markets, but in a matter of several days it will have minimal impact.

Meanwhile, rumors are rampant which does cause the market to be temporarily unsettled. This entire saga will take many months to unfold during which time the markets will go on about their business, but with minor Clinton interuptions when relevant news is announced.

Greenspan's moves will bear more influence on Wall Street along with the global economic crisis and anticipation of 3rd Q profits.
