Michael,

It's nice to see you admit that you are a recent buyer. There are many people who post on, and read, this thread who are old time investors, that is, they/I bought in the $3-4 range. We simply hope to get our money back (and then some) and we hope for honesty on behalf of management

We, maybe only I, have some questions and comments.

For example, the proposed acquisition earlier this year was called off. Why? Was it because the proposed acquisition started issuing new stock like there was no tomorrow? What kind of proposed merger agreement wouldn't say "based upon stock currently outstanding"?

There was a big run on this stock in April of this year. Why? No news. No nothing.

A month or so later, there was news of an acquisition. "The market" responded by lowering the price by 50%.

Now, we have the news of a reverse merger(s). The market has not responded, why?

Do you think this stock is controlled by MM's? You betchum' Red Ryder.

Since this thread is obviously monitored by the IR rep of SNLMF, I want him to be aware that we are not fooled by BS. Let him pass that along to Dr. Sinclair.

Also let him pass along that there is brewing a huge class action suit, not only against Sinclair, but against his employers, H. J. Meyers.

We would like some real information, please!

Michael, this is not directed at you. This is a "forum", in which all should speak. Therefore, I do not mean it to be a conversation with you. It is a forum in which each of us state our points. We are all here for the same reason, to make money. I would like to see that happen. I just don't wish to see management, and their friends, make it all.

I am not here to attack you. I am not here to attack the company. All I ask is honest answers from the company.

Best regards,

AD

Keep the faith!

Peterson your not alone out there. Don't reply to ignorant people like Angel D who has hidden agendas. If he really wanted value in his stock or wanted to know what was going on he would pick up the phone like you and I and talk to Dennis directly. Wasn't the Buerge scandal almost two years ago? Shouldn't Angel put all of his hatred towards Buerge rather than Dennis?
Have you heard that insiders have been buying aggressively lately?
