Well, you're dealing with the programmer and other people than support, I think. I call quote.com support, they don't understand what I'm talking about if it's anything other than to ask when things will be working again, and never get back to me in a timely fashion. It takes them a day or two, if they get back to me at all. Once I did speak to someone in charge of operations. I reported two problems. He said he'd get back to me. He did not. The problems were never corrected. But if I have you to thank for things working better, I THANK YOU!! I didn't even try some things that didn't work before and now that I know you were helping them I will try other features again. THANK YOU!! Linda
