Well, you're dealing with the programmer and other people than support, I think. I call quote.com support, they don't understand what I'm talking about if it's anything other than to ask when things will be working again, and never get back to me in a timely fashion. It takes them a day or two, if they get back to me at all. Once I did speak to someone in charge of operations. I reported two problems. He said he'd get back to me. He did not. The problems were never corrected.

But if I have you to thank for things working better, I THANK YOU!! I didn't even try some things that didn't work before and now that I know you were helping them I will try other features again. THANK YOU!!

Linda

For real-time portfolio tracking, major indices tracking,
real time intraday charts of equities and indices, alerts
etc. download Medved QuoteTracker - medved.net

Make sure to download the new Beta version.

Kok,

I tried the intraday chart on quote.com last night and sorry to say I have the same problem I had way back when I visited Rhet and found that the chart does work. It slows down my G3/300 to a crawl when I run it!! I ran it under Communicator 4.06. Under which software are you running the intraday chart?
