We had a blow-off in short term treasuries today. This could be indicating a short term reversal may be at hand and it's possible that today was the re-test.

I was looking for a higher low in breadth and a lower low in price, but we may not be able to break 7400 on this go round. We do have a higher low in breadth and we matched the closing low of the mini panic.

Intel reported a positive earnings surprise today, the bulls have something to chew on for tomorrow. The bears get to chew on the Starr report on the Internet tomorrow -g-
