Ed: Thanks for your comment. Lots of legaleze, but it looks pretty standard to me. They increased the available shares and provided for some equity financing to pay the bills. Perhaps we will get a web site out of this?

Options at .02625. I believe it is an IRS requirement under certain types to options to offer them at market. Otherwise they would not carry certain tax benefits for the company.

The bad news is many more shares to be issued and sold. I did not read od any restrictions or excersise periods.

The good news is if this management gets the options they have the oportunity to make windfall profits if they can drive the business properly and generate revenue/profits.
