S.C: I do not believe that the Stock market index here is going to be AG's cue for lowering rates. The percentage drop is well within previous bounds.

It is more likely that he will be monitoring the currency in Japan,Brazil, Venezuela and Mexico. At some point, as that basket weakens he may move to shore it up.

I hope it is earlier than later.
