INTC just pre-announced some very good news reported on CNBC. I think he said that earnings will be up about 8-10% sequentially in the upcoming quarters. Better than expected. Will the STARR report dampen this or will the stocks bounce off their retested lows and fly now? With the way it closed I am betting on a flying market. The internets were soaring into the close. With short covering it could be a big up day for this sector.
