Cos,

Why do you think TNSI rose after the news was released? I expected it to tank then.

I'm just glad when I entered my order to short @ $18.75, I was alerted to the fact that it had been halted.

I think I will watch it for a couple of days.

I just found out that several weeks ago, when I issued an order to cover my SRCM short, I got boxed instead. I shorted at just under 28, and attempted to cover at 16 3/4. Since now I believe SRCM will be a GT0, today I sold my long position and maintained the short.

I am also currently short REXI, and LBOR. I tried to short TRBD this morning and couldn't get the borrow.

I also doubled up on my long position in LOR this morning. It took a big hit because of the Iridium delay.

As they say, time will tell.

Have fun,
Phil

I would agree that the stock would go down, but this was cash deal wasn't it? So there will be no extra stock coming out to dilute the shares.
