And that, Steve, is exactly one of the major issues in this mess.

You may recall that Mr. Burditt, and his privately held Phoenix Reserves, received well in excess of 14 million shares of Oilex stock through deals which were obviously self-serving such as the acquisition of the Jefferson County wells.

So since you seem to confirm available concensus that Mr. Burditt and Phoenix Reserves no longer own much stock there is one major question that state and federal investigators, along with shareholders, may wish to have an answer to:

What happened to all those shares and if they were sold where are all those filings that are required by the Securities and Exchange Commission when an "insider" buys or sells shares?
