Yes, these are some of the first pieces of research I got as well. As for clout? I suppose so. But I have won lawsuits against much bigger. It helps when you have truth on your side. My facts are provably true in a court of law, which is the ultimate defense against libel. I have been down this road before (so far 100% successfully) and don't have any fear about going down it again. I have also been offering and offering and offering to print a correction or clarification if any of the parties mentioned would respond with _specific_ information.
