It's the right thing to do, however, in advance of
making institutional presentation. Any institution
would ask if the price is so low, and you are so sure
of the value and strength of your company, why aren't
you buying back your own shares? And, how do you
reward your shareholders. This announcement trumps
that criticism reasonably well.
