He has to make up his mind about what he wants to do. Is he a stock analyst or is he a stock manipulator? These are two distinctly different occupations.

IMO, he is a stock manipulator and is in denial - a bit like Clinton with his definition of sex.

IMO the SEC should designate an independent counsel to define for him what is stock manipulation and what is analysis.
