I think I follow you Randy ...and one heartening potential implication of the " acerbic" ( a more accurate word probably than hostile, Jubimer..though at times...)judge asking that question was that he found McKelvie's opinion itself internally inconsistent ( sure seemed to be). That was a truly funny moment - the intermittent infringement question. Was also kind of funny that both sets of lawyers had to go easy on their carefully prepared poster boards.
But yeah, speculation. The appellate court does have a website. The opinion will be available for download. I'll actually read the damn thing. I may not be making any money with it, but AXC continues to educate. I have read that an opinion by January is probable, Randy. But they sometimes take up to 8 months.
Well, quite a week really. The appeal has finally been heard. Some insider purchases. Every breath a new adventure with Ampex.
