Have to agree Fleckenstein looks scared and is comment that Intel may be stuffing the channel is his last breath before the rising tide sinks him. There is no way the PC makers are building inventory in this environment.

Would be interested in the comments of someone who has some firsthand knowledge of how orders for processors are handled. Surely, the PC makers must order and take some risk for over- or under- projecting demand in the Christmas season?

Happily for us Fleckenstein is the farthest thing away from a serious anal-yst as you can get. Did you catch that piece of drivel in Barron's on the weekend where Fleckenstein and that other bozo Hickey trashed Intel and Dell? I guess Intel (and us shareholders) get the last laugh.
