Alan-- Are those all current bid/asks? If so, we have a crossed market. I assume NAWE is no longer on the bid at .04.

I phoned Fifth Avenue Communications to-day requesting that they send me a " Due Diligence Package " .

I found the telephone number on the TNRG Webb Site it is a toll free
# 1-800-992-6616.

The representative I initially spoke to said I would be sent material in short order.

I was able to briefly speak to another representative during the same call( unfortunately I forgot to write down the name)--I took the opportunity to ask a short list of questions to see what type of response I would receive.

In my own opinion all in all the individual appeared to be interested in my questions/concerns and in my opinion felt that he answered to the best of his ability ( while at the same time not divulging any insider information)--in other words if any one else chooses to call the company " Fifth Avenue Communications" it would be my guess that the same information can be secured by asking the related questions!

As in most cases the feedback this individual gave me was his own opinion and not necessarily agreed upon or supported by TNRG Management.

Having said all this and understanding that this is just my own opinion/impression of what my feeling of the discussion covered!

#1.-- The impression I got from my discussion is that the 80% acquisition in the Shopping Mall Venture has been completed! JMO!
And that possibly it was purchased with Preferred Shares! JMO!

#2.-- I asked for the name of the USBL Team that TRNG had apparently purchased. The feeling/impression that I got was that TNRG has purchased a USBL Team however it seems that for reasons of Protocol? ( Those are my words!) that the team's name cannot be released publically at this time! JMO!

#3.-- The impression I got regarding Audited Financial Statements was that they were in the process of being worked on by the appropriate people--and if I recall correctly that TNRG's Fiscal Financial Year ends June 30th.---if that in fact is the case then it appears that TNRG's Management target of completion in September seems possible but in my view somewhat challenging!--I attempted to give a bigger window to allow a further target date--so i suggested that mid to late October might be more achieveable--but the sense I got was that the end of September appeared to be the time frame they are working on.

#4.-- I felt that I expressed a concern regarding the timeliness of TNRG acquiring the status of a SEC Reporting Company so that at what ever point in time TNRG would not be releggated to the pink sheet status. JMO!......What I felt this individual was indicating to me was --precisely the reason that the audited financials were being targeted with such a focus---although in fairness I also got the impression that this person felt that the SEC had not declared / announced a specific date where by OTC-BB Companies must be fully reporting before the pink sheet activities.--I also got the impression that a reasonable period of time will be given to companies to complete the process of becoming fully Reporting! JMO!

Well, I'm sorry that I did not recall the individual's name ( there was not disrespect intended--just a memory lapse on my part)--one of the people I spoke to indicated that he follows the TNRG Thread on S.I.----therefore if any of my opinions require some clarification or if you can expand any further your input would be appreciated!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Alan, to what do you attribute the disparity between the bid and ask among the MM's? Why would one be bidding .01 (fran) and another .04 (nawe)?

Sorry if this is a newbie question, i just am not too familiar with the dynamics among BB stocks.
