Look as a liberal (no just a liberal, a crybaby liberal) I simply cannot afford to toss every pair of underwear I own at our nations president just to ensure optimal performance out of him, I think we need a tax to support this activity.

Hillary was taking tax deductions for donating Bill's used underwear to Salvation Army. I am not sure whether throwing panties at a politico can qualify for a tax deduction or it is considered a non-deductible contribution. Check with John Huang for tax advice.//CA
