Bob, Well, let's see, you borrow at less than 5 pct. and lend it out at over 7 pct. to Dell, you ought to make a profit. But, you can make even more if you lend it out at double digit rates in Russia or Latin America. And a bit more if you play with derivatives with banks that may not be here tomorrow. -g- I don't know why the rate hasn't changed. I suspect it has something to do with lack of competition after all the mergers. MB
