Thanks. I own Oracle but don't own INTC. I think I will go with other semis for now - IDTI has already pre-announced their outlook and it is not that good. This will be good news for the sector. I think that the sector and market in general has about run through a lot of the downside due to the asian and other markets - the semi sector led in downturn and will likely lead on the way out. Some other sectors will still be reeling from lower earnings expectations. I still don't like the semi equip stocks as I think it is a buyers market for capacity (as IDTI so painfully demonstrates). That won't change for several months with most of Asia out of the equipment market and capacity expected to be plentiful through at least the middle of next year. In fact, excess capacity has grown even while volumes of silicon being produced (in terms of square meters) has increased over the past several quarters.

I am looking at the software sector and semis but also at the beaten down financial sector for a short-term rebound. I think some of the specialty retailers also will do very well.
