Alan. My point is that this July 10, 1998 convertible was in the SB2, its not new!!! Why the discussion now!!!??? The whiz kid just saw it and decided to trash a stock he is not even in???? Yeah right!!

Alan. You paraphrase the key words " they didn't think they needed to do additional convertibles". Thats what Paul said. He also said it was there if needed. Looks like something happened in two days to change the circumstances. You say two days come on, what can change in two days. How about a down payment not coming in, how about payroll being due, how about real world. I know we all have lived it. Lets be real!! This is not a scam, and I think people should be careful. Reputable cos do not do business with SCAM and I know some reputable ones are knocking on the door. Just got word of a great run next week. PM if you want to hear about it... GOOD LUCK
