Good call. One look at their latest 10-Q, and one realizes just how bad their finances are.

Negative tangible book is interesting for a $310 million market cap co. that is looking to get taken over. More amusing is when you add in the $92 million in debt (Short term and long term) and the asking price based on today's lower close is at least $402 million!

HA!

I have to hand it to you this is a doozy...

After DD I'm trying to short DTLN. Looks like a stinker. HEPH looks
like Zona however I am nervous about manipulation. My resources are not as ample as many other posters. Haven't been able to short many stocks through broker. (Waterhouse) Tried SRCM, TERA, and TRBD - nada.
