Bmart, No I can't tell you why. However, the facts of the complaint are available for the public to see. And since you seem to know the facts, it confirms your deliberate efforts towards libeling me by spreading rumours of my being sued for fraud. And you still didn't answer my question. In fact, you deliberately have avoided the issue of the preferred shares once again. Bmart, since your purpose out here seems to be for the purpose of presenting the best case for your investment in order to entice others to share your beliefs (nothing wrong with that,IMO), I would think that you would be applying pressure on management for some shareholder guarantees. You don't have a short squeeze if you have the implied threat of an unknown quantity of shares being dumped on the market just as the squeeze starts cooking. In fact, its not referred to as a squeeze at all. It's called a "shaker", or "pump or dump". Do you really wish to stake your reputation on ANOTHER management team that displays apparent indifference towards shareholders equity?? Why won't they talk to you about this matter so the issue can be put to bed, once and for all?? Basically you're flying off on a personal attack towards me only seems to indicate you are nothing more than a pawn of management, thus no friend of your fellow shareholders. It displays a reckless disregard for the value of your own investment. Regards, Ron
