You have to separate OZON the stock, from Cyclopss the company.

First an analysis the stock. OZON is being sold by those who are being forced out of positions due to a really rotten market. Some have margin calls and are making up the cash wherever they can. OZON is also being naked shorted by those who believe that the O in OZON stands for zero.

Now the company. The company made a decision about a year ago to pursue as many able bodied individuals as possible who actually might have some industry contacts that could benefit Cyclopss. Executives like this do not come cheap. Even if the terms of their contracts were highly leveraged with stock options, salaries still exist. The much hoped for large laundry deals have yet to materialize and testing in the poultry market has been essentially brought to a standstill. I don't believe that this is even Cyclopss's failure but shareholders have had to pay the price nonetheless.

Truth is Cyclopss has made lots of progress. I also believe this low stock price is not justified but as time has flied, and the stock price has deteriorated ,it seems the only ones having fun with OZON have been those fortunate enough to short the stock. That's the naked truth.

OZON's share price can't get that much worse but if the company does not avoid delisting then it will be very important to raise cash in the right fashion because options could be severely limited.
