FFTI finally moved since it released it's earnings last week.
Up 1 1/4. I guess patience finally paid off.

Jenna et al, I need a little advice about my situation at Ameritrade and also if anybody can recommend a good brokerage for trading.
I filed an arbitration proceeding against Ameritrade with the NASD, for a screw up that cost me about $12,000. The NASD sent me a letter last week that they served Ameritrade with the Arbitration papers. I received a letter today from Ameritrade asking me to close my account by October 1. Is this legal? (for Ameritrade to ask me to close my account due to an arbitration proceeding against it).

Restating the purpose of this thread....
I've been getting e-mail about lots of beaten down fundamentally sound stocks that have recently come to the forefront. It is the purpose of this thread to trade the best of them for a period of from 1-5 days and in some cases up to 1 month. Our 'picks' and the ones I chose to mention from the e-mail are both "technically poised" for a breakout as well with good 'fundamentals'. They have been thoroughly researched, scanned, filtered and the results are the 90th percentile for stocks poised to make gains. I'm sorry I don't include BB stocks or relatively unknown companies. I get about 30-40 e-mail a day and choose only those that will interest the largest percentage readers of this thread.

I like to stress that each post has a stock, a reason for the choice, and other relevant data to back up that choice. That is what differentiates our thread from some others. There is relatively little 'noise' on this thread. No chit-chat. I spend the entire day 'keeping up' the thread and have done so for over 18 months. I've read about stocks that are hyped and posters that are 'paid' to hype the stocks. Our regulars don't do this. Our stocks are proven performers and are well-known. Newbies are safe to read this thread and not be inundated with hype about stocks that have hitherto not performed but will 'undoubtedly' perform extraordinarily in the future.

Our stocks can be charted, followed and have a track record. Basically this thread has an official 'stamp of approval' from readers. We don't hype stocks or make claims of stocks increasing in the next 1-2 trading sessions. Anyone making claims of that sort, will and have in the past, fallen on their faces. No one knows if the stocks will increase in the next trading sessions or will not, we don't make claims of that sort. We just believe that according to our indicators they have the potential of rising and did so in the past. That's it and nothing more....
