Sections of Starr's Clinton report is due to be put on the internet by the afternoon. That could be a fear factor that keeps the market from rebounding at least to some degree. I think that once the news is out at each phase of the Clinton thing that it will be a case of "sell on the rumor and buy on the news" - Rob, I have a little concern about trading via the net tomorrow. People will be using a lot of bandwidth trying to obtain the Star report. In the meantime, I may not be able to place a trade. Something to consider tomorrow for those that trade online. Glenn
