who are the former SIMers the suing? Answer: Softbank Holding and Ziff-Davis. They are not suing Zulu-tek.

The issue is not who but why. Besides, who always pays in suits - the richest party, and we know that definitely isn't ZULU. The suit is targeted at Softbank and Ziff-Davis because they sold the company down the river in the plaintiff's opinion, all the while profiting from the transaction.

Once again though, we're back to blaming parties that no control on the outcome of the company, rather than directing the attention where it rightly belongs - in ZULU's lap. What are they doing to reverse the situation? We don't know, because all we have are bits and pieces to the picture. Together the bits can be made to look great, granted, but this isn't a half full/half empty situation. More like a 1/12 partially full and 11/12ths empty.

Please indicate when you are speculating, PartyTime.

You have stated a number of things in this post as fact that you have no way of knowing.

You do NOT know "why" Wired wrote what they wrote, and you do not know their intentions.

If not for the fact that you probably represent no more to than a tiny knat that they are completely unaware of, you'd be begging for a lawsuit from Wired.

"So why, when writing about a lawsuit directed toward Softbank Holding and Ziff-Davis, did Wired devote half the article space toward bashing Zulu? Answer: Because Wired intended to bash Zulu."

Can you tell us how you know what Wired's intentions were? Have you discussed this with somebody at Wired who told you this?

"Don't you see what's happening here? Our investment is being unfairly characterized by Wired's reporting. Wired does not want Zulu to look good at all!"

Ditto. How do you know what Wired wants? Have they told you?

"So when Wired writes about Zulu, why does it include the suit against Softbank Holding? Answer: Because it helps make Zulu look bad."

Ditto. Did somebody at Wired explain to you "why"?

Or are you just guessing? Perhaps you are a mind-reader?
