John,

I spent a half hour looking for the article about the service software, but could not find it. The software is a lot more than a "cookbook FAQ." When you buy your computer you call the company by modem and it makes a copy of your configuration. If something goes wrong, and you can still use your modem, you call the company and the software analyzes your computer to find out what is wrong and fixes it or tells you what to look for. It is not designed to be used for complicated problems at the enterprise level. It just eliminates most of the simple problems that would waste a professional's time.
