Talk to INTC about this. One of the problems with Pent Pros was the failure rate due to L2 on the chip. The chips would be too big to have the ram that we are going to have so I do not see this as a problem for RMBS.

Boy do I hope so. I was sure two years ago, by now, that xDSL or cable modems would be wide spread, but it's not happening yet! The backbone is there, but the last mile is not. Next century maybe...

(NewsTraders) -- Four insiders at Rambus Inc. (RMBS) have combined to sell 44,400 common shares, according to four Form 4s released today by the SEC.

Director Paul Michael Farmwald's sold 20,000 shares from Aug. 24 to Aug. 25 at $63.88 per share, cutting his holdings to 1,347,734 shares at the end of August.

Vice President Allen Roberts sold 11,000 shares on Aug. 26 at $64.45 per share. Roberts held 146,529 shares following the transaction.

Vice President David Mooring sold 10,000 shares from Aug. 19 to Aug. 25 at prices ranging from $64.25 to $66.00 per share. Mooring held 189,334 shares following the transaction.

VP Gary Harmon sold 3,000 shares on Aug. 26 for $64.80 each, cutting his holdings to 120,621 shares at the end of August.
