Well, assuming the past, we can figure six splits in six years. I believe it will grow faster than that, but let's just assume the baseline.

15,000 x 2 = (1)
30,000 x 2 = (2)
60,000 x 2 = (3)
120,000 x 2 = (4)
240,000 x 2 = (5)
480,000 x 2 = (6)
960,000

So start with just over $15,000 worth of shares (at 58, that's about 260), and you'll be all set.

JMHO of course, no investment advice implied. I'm an idiot, I just know a great thing when I see it. ;-)

JPR, In your opinion how many shares of DELL stock would a person need to own now to be in the seven figure club, 7 to 10 years from now?
75-100 shares at the present price.
