Hi Max - I was surprised at the PERI announcement. I talked to an old contact there about 6 weeks ago (a sales guy) and he just seemed so distraught...didn't give any indication at all that things were turning around. I assumed it was a reflection of the overall situation in the company; now I guess it was more a reflection of his own customer portfolio and commission checks! Anyway, at that point I took PERI off my radar (had already sold at about 9 1/2) and it sank to about 5. The reason I liked PERI is because from personal experience and other comments I've heard, their product set is excellent and they're great with regard to customer support. That's two big things. What I didn't like, and what my contact didn't alleviate for me, was that I've never regarded their sales force as very motivated, or well organized. Damn company cost me a lot of money. Who knows, maybe the sales area is now fixed. But in this market I just can't spend time on these types of stocks; it'll probably go up again now that I've decided to stay away. Phil
