IS, are you suggesting that the "Plunge Protection Team", widely suspected of playing with the futures markets to prevent or reverse a freefall, are now soliciting help from leading execs to talk up their stocks/sectors?

Of course. My real wonder was about call to tech Heads due to Prez's probs. If the
market tanks too much more he is a dead duck for sure.

You have a point but I doubt they would do that for him. Of course, DELL and INTC did. ORCL was just regularly scheduled earnings.
