You know where my eyes will be tomorrow.....ABTE I am very apprehensive for the reasons you posted. However, with all the late buying (5:1) the last hour I dont think the shareholder lawsuit will make a huge impact. Plus these things normally take years to play out and the attorneys are the only ones making money. My guess is that there is good news forthcoming from WCOM, and it better be very soon. With such a small float and apparently funds waiting on this one to go back over $5, I am more apt now to let some ride though if I get the chance I may pull half my shares out in the morning. I really feel most the bad news is already factored into the price albeit if the shorter is gone. With any good news, this stock should fly. Happy to be back on SI.....less "Yahoos" Jane Jan Ja J
