Share counts are a waste of time because their is no way of verifying the numbers and they often result in increased volatility which ends up being bad for both the shareholders and the company.

Not only would I not participate, I would encourage others to avoid any such activity.

I started a count a few weeks ago but only got a light response (less than 10% of the people on my Email responded). I have been very busy the last few weeks and have not had any spare time to crank up on a share count. Maybe this week end I can find some time to get out an Email about a count...

And than I just found Georges message, I tend to agree with him, share counts rarely help matters!
