A SUPERB cycles guy. Publishes the monthly "The Timefactor." Costs 125 a year. Call him at 713.464.5671. He thinks the low for the year comes in 9.21-22. I think he may be right. There was strngth in tech today. Did you see AOL? And Dell. That stock is incredible. It is off its high about 5 bucks. I think Fleckenstein and Hickey will ONCE AGAIN be left in the dust. I sense a turn in the air. I see evidence here and there. I think this thing is almost over.
